Recognizing that each individual arrives with their own unique experiences, strengths, and challenges, I prioritize tailoring each session to your specific needs and goals. In our sessions together, we will approach sensitive and challenging issues with gentleness and respect. I understand that sometimes, words alone may not be sufficient to articulate the depth of our experiences. In these instances, we will explore creative, somatic (body-based), and expressive approaches to begin to understand what the mind and body have been holding onto. I believe that the body often holds the stories that the heart may suppress. Together, we will work to unpack this emotional "baggage." My aim is that by the end of each session, you will feel a sense of release and be able to "repack a lighter bag," carrying less emotional weight forward.
